Do you know "Takoyaki"?
It is the round pastry stuffed with diced octopus. Does it sound weird for you? Don't worry, once you put it in your mouth, you will enjoy this taste and can't stop eating this!!
Let me explain more about Takoyaki here.
Takoyaki is round pastry made from flour, eggs, ginger, and various ingredients and is stuffed with diced octopus. We make it by frying the mixture on a special steel plate with dents and rolling it as it is being cooked until ball-shaped.
We put sauce (Osaka style)or bonito stock (Kyoto style), and garnish bonito flakes, "Katsuo bushi" and green laver, "Ao nori" on it.
